Will my body butter melt during shipping?

Our body butters are made with natural butters and oils and are formulated with minimal melting in mind, especially during the warmer spring and summer months. We take every precaution necessary to avoid melting during transit. However, if your product does arrive softened or melted, don't worry — simply place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to re-solidify. The quality and effectiveness of the product are not affected. We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Please note: Butter Me Up & More LLC is not responsible for melting or damage that occurs as a result of packages not being brought inside promptly upon delivery.
